Pastor Jim Tolle gives primary leadership to both the English and Spanish language congregations of The Church On The Way, The First Foursquare Church of Van Nuys, California, one of America's better-known congregations, founded by Pastor Jack Hayford. Appointed to the role of senior pastor in the fall of 2004, under Dr. Tolle’s leadership, the congregations have grown to a combined weekly attendance of well over 12,000 worshipers, including now one of the largest Spanish-speaking congregations in North America.

Jim’s passion for ministry is evident in everything that he does, because of the recognition that, “Your and my fulfillment in life is directly related to our involvement in the Master’s plan.”
